Inter-Club Sessions

In order to encourage clubs which are relatively close to each other geographically to run smaller events between them, we offer a yearly grant of $ 500 per club to help defray the cost of pool rental between October and May of each year.

In order to qualify for the grant,

1 - your club must be in good standing on the date of the event,
2 - your club must submit your event to ACPA at least one month before the date of the event so we can advertise it on the web site,
3 - your club must send the pool time paid invoice accompanied by the event's full participants list with club affiliation indicated beside each participant within six weeks of the event date.

Initial event submissions can be made via email, but the final submission of the participants list and the original bill for the pool time must be mailed to the association's office at:
